20 The Why? Journaling Method (Isolation Station)
Saturday May 02, 2020
Saturday May 02, 2020
During this episode, I share a very personal account of the “why” journaling method and how to do it. This method of journaling helps you to uncover what is really going on underneath your psyche and is a great soul searching tool and how you can use it alongside EFT Tapping in order to clear root negative beliefs.

ABOUT THE SHOW
Isolation Station is an offshoot of the Things I Wish I’d Known (TIWIK) podcast. During lockdown, Rachael has been isolated in her flat by her self, so as a passionate podcaster, she thought the best way to cope was to build a kid-style camp from a massage bed and her quilt (read: audio soundproofed booth) and to create a podcast to bring a little bit of wisdom to these times and continue the TIWIK mission of sharing wisdom on how to master your mental health and fall back in love with yourself!

19 Sananga Plant Medicine (Isolation Station)
Saturday May 02, 2020
Saturday May 02, 2020
During this episode, I recount my experience of working with the plant medicine Sanaga for 30 days. Sananga is often used to help improve night vision for hunting within tribes in the Amazon. More recently it is often used as a precursor to Ayahuasca ceremonies or as a stand-alone treatment for a variety of physical and energetic ailments. I discuss why I did it and how when the message “Stop trying, just receive” came through with the medicine, it changed my life and how I am pondering the question "Where can you allow more in your life? To just receive and what might that look like for you?

18 A Woman’s Worth (Isolation Station)
Wednesday Apr 29, 2020
Wednesday Apr 29, 2020
This episode was inspired by the book A Woman’s Worth by Marianne Williamson where she says, “You need not apologise for being brilliant, talented, gorgeous, rich or smart. Your success does not take away from anyone else’s.” During this episode, I ponder the theory of making yourself small to serve others and why that doesn’t work.

17 Listen to yourself. (Isolation Station)
Tuesday Apr 28, 2020
Tuesday Apr 28, 2020
During this episode, I discuss listening to yourself and potentially using this time of isolation as a pause button where you can reevaluate your life. It was inspired by Gary Vee, I was listening to him talk to someone and he said "don’t think - do!" and it made me wonder how much time I have wasted listening to others and waiting for permission....

16 Loneliness (Isolation Station)
Monday Apr 27, 2020
Monday Apr 27, 2020
With loneliness shown to increase our risk of dying early by nearly 45%, now seemed like a really good time to share my thoughts on loneliness during lockdown. I discuss the differences I have felt from living with 18 people to now being isolated in my flat alone. Why we may get lonely and what we can do to combat it.

15 Courage And Fear. (Isolation Station)
Monday Apr 27, 2020
Monday Apr 27, 2020
Thoughts on courage & fear
Are you defending your limitations?
What are you afraid of?
During this episode of Isolation Station, I discuss my thoughts on limitations, creativity, courage and fear. The inspiration for this episode is sparked from an old diary entry of notes I took whilst listening to Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert.

14 Season One Summary
Wednesday Dec 11, 2019
Wednesday Dec 11, 2019
This is the last episode of season 1! I’m so grateful to everyone who has listened and supported this podcast so far and can not wait to come back with season two in 2020.
During this episode I share some of the things I wish I’d known over the last year and also over my lifetime. I want to share with you that no matter how bad you think it is, you can make positive changes in your life and improve your mental health.
I talk about how terrifying it is to lose your mind, how to help yourself if you’ve suffered or are currently suffering from depression or anxiety and the steps I took in order to begin to reprogram my negative mindset and step into a more positive and purposeful life.
How tough it is to start a gratitude practise when you’re in the midst of depression. How to begin to build self awareness and follow your inner voice, sharing the step by step things that I did in order to get myself out of bed and back to living life.

13 Damien Fogg - Money Matters
Tuesday Dec 03, 2019
Tuesday Dec 03, 2019
Money is historically a complex subject for most people to discuss. Whether you’ve got it, had it and lost it or never had it, no one seems to want to talk about the m word… this is why I wanted to cover it on TIWIK.
Damien Fogg is the author of The Money Shot - The (Slightly Less Dull) Guide to Personal Finance and Investing alongside being an investor, entrepreneur, mortgage adviser, Chartered Surveyor, day trader, property developer, landlord, entrepreneur... and former financial adviser. Oh and in his spare time he runs the EP Investor. Growing up a bit obsessed with money and finances he managed to organise his personal finances in such a way that he retired at 32, so I thought he would be the perfect person to chat to for TIWIK about money.
During this episode we discuss planning for future you, what to do about debt, how starting early is the best plan and why most people are dick heads with their money (Damiens words not mine). We chat trading and why it’s not always the best way to make money, where you should start if you’re trying to get a handle on your finances and why paying off your debts can be the best return on your money. If you want to learn more about cash this is the episode for you.
