02 Gabby Allen - Anxiety

You may know Gabby from Love Island, but there’s likely a lot you don’t know about this awesome woman. She is a professional dancer, qualified fitness coach and author of Shape up with Gabby Allen and is super passionate about helping others get fit and feel good about themselves and their bodies.
In this episode Gabby talks to Rachael about the pressures of social media and how she manages her anxiety, especially with the pressures of being in the public eye. We talk about our own experiences with anxiety and how to handle it. What anxiety feels like and how it shows up in our lives. The likelihood that rachael has ADHD, meditation, fitness and mental health stigma.
